1. Return and Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The product must be in its original packaging.

• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return an item.​

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Digital products such as eBooks and audiobooks.

• Gift cards.

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. How to Return an Item

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 28 days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at returns@tcecpublishing.com for further instructions.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
